Thiess are seeking experienced Field Maintenance Supervisors for a permanent employment opportunity working on our Caval Ridge coal mining project, located 6km from Moranbah. ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will: Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and mentoring othersManage and execute maintenance work using efficient equipment servicing strategies to achieve targeted service times and schedule compliance ratesEnsure that work is completed within allowed budget and resourcesAssist the Maintenance Manager & Superintendents in implementing safety plansPlay an active role in all incident investigations, andDevelop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationships ABOUT YOUAs the successful applicant, you will be a high achieving & team focused individual with a focus on a collaboration and achieving within your work team.
