Production Operator – Ingleburn About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join the team based at our Bradford Insulation manufacturing site in Ingleburn NSW. The position requires you to operate site machinery safely and efficiently to enable the overall success of the team. The successful candidate will work a 12-hour continuous shift. Specifically, 2 days then, 2 nights followed by 4 days off. Penalties are paid as per the 'CSR Bradford Insulation Ingleburn Agreement'. They will be formally trained to operate equipment in the glass wool factory. Skills earned deliver higher grades which attract higher rates. The successful applicant will be self motivated, show initiative, be punctual and have a strong consideration for company WHSE policies and demonstrate a commitment to a high standard of housekeeping. They will work as part of a 9 man team. Skills & Qualifications required To be considered for this role Ideally you will have. * Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (highly regarded) * Willing to learn and be keen to excel * Proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting * Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving * Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal * Understanding of production protocols and procedures * Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations, including consistent utilization of protective equipment * Meticulous attention to detail * Excellent physical endurance and strength What you will get in return You will work alongside an established team who are knowledgeable and passionate about creating a great product.
