We are seeking a Production operator for a temporary role lasting 6-8 weeks, starting on December 2nd.
In this position, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality cable assemblies, following detailed instructions and maintaining a strong focus on quality and precision.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include assembling cables using manual and electronic tools, interpreting wire schedules, schematics, and production documentation, and supporting various assembly operations as required.
Working in a production line environment, you will collaborate with the team to meet targets while ensuring consistent quality on this project.
Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
It's all about… you!
We're looking for a proactive team player with previous production experience, perhaps you have a background in electrical, or exposure to cable assembly.
You are comfortable with manual and electronic crimping and cable stripping tools, skilled in soldering, and have knowledge of RF cable assemblies.
You have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions closely, and the flexibility to thrive working with a small team on this project.
Your positive, solution-focused attitude and excellent communication skills will make you a valuable part of our team.
