About the Role
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Production Officer duties include:

Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
Stock management and coordination of deliveries
Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products

About you:

Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture
Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and results focused
Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
Driver's license and own transport is essential; front end loader and/or forklift competency is an advantage
Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
