Yarra Trail is Founded in Nature. The Opportunity:The Yarra Trail Production Manager will work closely with Retail, Sales, Design and Production teams and is responsible for managing the critical path and the on-time delivery of the collection into stores.
Please note this position is Part-Time 3 days per week. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Range development stage Manage critical path Send timeline to suppliers Proto development Negotiate initial FOB costs, update margin report Tracking of SMS samples Production Negotiate final FOB costs with final range sales, update margin report Negotiate shipment dates, update margin report Raise AP 21 purchase orders to suppliers Communicate cancellation lists to suppliers Track pre-production samples Track orders throughout production process with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met Track and manage delivery timelines with suppliers for wholesale Majors Check off and approve supplier invoices and handover in a timely manner to finance for payment Create onboarding process with new suppliers to ensure compliance and meet required standards Manage weekly production meetings, ensuring team are meeting critical path deadlines Review and implement new processes and structures to improve organisation, communication and efficiency Support with supplier sourcing where needed within the organisation Skills and Experience you offer us : Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years, plus experience with offshore production Competence working with AP 21 Highly proficient in MS office applications – particularly Excel Outstanding PC skills and clear verbal and written communication skills are essential Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally with your direct team members and externally with suppliers Efficient, organised and have ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritise and multitask Just some of the perks we offer you: Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands!
