The Grinders Supply Chain Team is based in our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria.
Supply Chain compromises an array of function under its banner and the reach extends from procurement of both green beans & finished products to customer deliveries.
About your new role… Due to incredible growth of our delicious brand, we have a wonderful opportunity to join our Grinders team in this role of Production Operator, based at our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria.
It is a very exciting time to join our team and we have multiple roles due to the fast growth of our market share.
In your role of Production Operator, you will contribute to the delivery of the production schedule and work effectively within the manufacturing team across packing lines and roastery plant activities.
Our operation is currently Monday to Saturday and the role will cover five working days with patterns of Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday available.

• Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing machinery would be highly regarded, especially within the food and beverage industry.
• Great attention to detail – ensuring quality standards and consistent product delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Various working patterns available with Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday options.
