Range Workforce Solutions – Breakwater VICRange Workforce Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity to become a Production Manager at a polystyrene company in Geelong.About the Role:The Production Manager is a key role, ensuring the smooth operation of Independent Pods. You'll oversee the production of hexagonal polystyrene pods, managing the process from client orders to delivery on-site.Key Duties:Handling client orders via email and organizing production schedules.Confirming delivery details with clients when needed.Creating rosters to manage staff and control costs.Supervising production teams to ensure smooth operations.Coordinating transport and managing daily deliveries (2-3 times a day).Setting up induction programs for new staff.Fixing equipment issues or organizing external repairs.Preparing weekly production reports using Excel.What You Need:Experience in a Production Manager role.Good mechanical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Skills We're Looking For:Ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Good time management and organizational abilities.A positive and professional attitude.How to Apply:Apply with an up-to-date resume and contactable references.
