Responsibilities include: The transformation of raw materials into finished products in accordance with quality and cost parameters. Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, including troubleshooting and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene protocols to guarantee and improve product quality. Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigating inconsistencies. Ensure raw and packaging material are available. Coordinate and motivate the processing team; providing guidance, coaching, and feedback. Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment. About You: Formal qualification in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field. Leadership skills and ability to drive results. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
