We are very proud of our growth and success and attribute much of it to the corporate culture and professionalism of our staff.About the role:You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to keep Manufacturing Team members motivated and working to the schedule in an efficient and safe working manner.Some key responsibilities include:Supervising a team of 40 with assembly of frame and truss projects and productsEnsuring safe operating procedure of tools and machinery in the production lineCoaching manufacturers to achieve their best in their workEnsuring safe workplace for all staffWorking with the General Manager to solve any immediate issuesQuality control of all productsWorking as part of a wider team to reach organizational goalsIn addition the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria –Knowledge & understanding of the building & construction industryPossess excellent communication skillsProblem solving skills, initiative with a solution-based attitudeExperience in a similar role for 2 – 4 yearsPossess the ability to multitask & prioritizeThe ability to work independentlyWe believe everyone enjoys their work more when they know they are doing their best and are recognized when doing so.We are very much looking forward to meeting you and getting started!
