How you will make contributions that matterWe have a Full-time opportunity for a Production Supervisor – Bulk- to join our onsite leadership team in Allansford.
Reporting to the Factory Manager- Bulk, you will oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of our Bulk production, ensuring safety, quality, production, and financial targets are met.
You'll draw on your manufacturing experience to maintain a close eye on key metrics and to ensure your team is engaged and operating in a safe and effective way.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and co-ordination of production, packaging, and maintenance functions.Ensure compliance of division to all relevant QMS policies, procedures, protocols, work instructions.Maintain a high-level communication and working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.Provide technical expertise to promote continuous improvements on manufacturing procedures and quality processes.Skills, Knowledge & Experience:Flexibility to work shifts as per the requirement of the role.Certificate IV or diploma in a relevant area of competency, e.g., manufacturing, food/dairy processing & technology, quality systems.Previous working experience within a food / dairy production environment.Leadership experience and the ability to engage and motivate your team.Exceptional stakeholder relationship building, financial and performance management skills.Attention to detail, resilience, and the tenacity to drive outcomes.Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.Prior experience with SAP would be well regarded.We'll support you with:The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by a multinational, values led company.Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way.Flexible working options where operationally achievable.Saputo Dairy Australia is an equal opportunity employer.
