RoleBased in Braeside and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will oversee the people, process, quality and safety of the facility.
You will lead a talented production team across multiple production lines, including new starters as well as a long tenured workforce.
The Production Manager will be required to bring technical understanding of running a manufacturing facility, combined with strong organisational skills and an engaging approach to team development to drive business KPI's.
Demonstrating a wide understanding of operational functions including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), LEAN, 5S, safety and quality would also be beneficial.
It is also the responsibility of the Production Manager to monitor both production KPI reporting, governance, logistics and performance management of staff.
