Production Manager

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time As a leader within the business, you will drive best practice and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiencies and improve operational performance. With a focus on safety and a passion for quality, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver consistent results.
Duties and responsibilities include: Manage, train and lead production staff. Facilitate induction and development of new team members.Assist with the successful running of day-to-day production.Ensuring customer's orders are completed in full and on time.Actively promote Quality Assurance/Quality Control requirements and maintain Approved Arrangement system.Actively promote company Safety, Health and Environmental policies to a high standard.Manage production equipment, stocks and consumables.Manage scheduled maintenance programs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a production management role.Experience in managing a manufacturing facility with a proven track record of achieving positive operational outcomes.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.Experience in working within Quality Management Systems (HACCP).Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a production manager?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years' experience do you have in a quality control (QC) role?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check? #J-18808-Ljbffr
