Additionally, enjoy peace of mind with salary continuance insurance, be part of an inclusive culture, and celebrate your birthday with a paid day off.Responsibilities:Analyse current construction processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement lean strategies to optimise workflow and reduce waste.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of lean principles into project plans.Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on lean practices.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lean initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.Establish and maintain a "war board" with key metrics being tracked.Conduct "waste walks" with Supervisors and engineers to improve efficiencies.About You:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience focused on applying lean principles to boost efficiency, cut waste, and enhance project performance.Strong understanding of lean methodologies and their application in the construction industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Full Drivers licence.Seymour Whyte is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds, including veterans.
