Due to growth within the company, we're looking for an organised individual to join our WA team as a Production Manager.The role will involve you:Coordinating installation between customers and installersDrive, motivate and lead our installation teams to achieve the level of service that our customers expect whilst achieving the profitability objectives of the companyControl of all incoming and outgoing stockControl costs, stock usage and profitabilityOrganising additional trades on site when requiredSecuring new installers as needs requireMaintain efficient install timelines and workload for installersTo be suitable for this role you must be able to demonstrate:Excellent over the phone skillsA high level of organisationEfficiency and the ability to work unsupervisedExperience not mandatory but preferredA truly fantastic opportunity.
