Production Horticulture Supervisor

Seeking a dedicated Production Horticulture Supervisor to oversee our year-round production, managing daily operations, propagation, planting, pruning, and irrigation activities.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and coordinate staff activities.Prepare growing media, trays, pots, and containers.Oversee propagation, planting, and pruning operations.Manage pesticide and weedicide applications.Implement and monitor irrigation and fertigation activities.Maintain detailed records of soil, hydroponics, plant treatments, and yields.Coordinate transport and logistics for sales stock delivery.Operate and maintain horticultural machinery and equipment.Train and mentor staff in best horticultural practices and safety procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in horticultural production, with a focus on crop supervision.Strong knowledge of propagation techniques, pest management, and irrigation systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong attention to detail and effective record-keeping abilities.Proficient in operating and maintaining horticultural machinery.Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
