Production Estimator | Residential Builder

Our client is an award-winning residential builder & one of the fastest expanding builders in Australia, looking to bring on board an experienced Production Estimator.The role:Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the bill of quantities, as well as reviewing plans, specifications & schedules to ensure there are no information inconsistencies. You will also be acquiring quotes from suppliers & sub-contractors for labour & material costs respectively.Experience:The ideal candidate will have the following experience:A minimum of 3 years' experience working for a residential builder previously as an estimatorA relevant tertiary Estimating or Construction QualificationsA high level of attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines & go over and above when requiredSelf-driven attitude to maximise your potentialHigh level of effective communication across other divisions, particularly pre-construction & salesMust be a team playerExperience with Databuild & PlanSwift is advantageousIf this role sounds of interest to you, drop me a line on or call Josh Wright on .#J-18808-Ljbffr
