Production Estimator | Residential Builder

Our client is an award-winning residential builder & one of the fastest expanding builders in Australia, looking to bring on board an experienced Production Estimator.

The role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the bill of quantities, as well as reviewing plans, specifications & schedules to ensure there are no information inconsistencies. You will also be acquiring quotes from suppliers & sub-contractors for labour & material costs respectively.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
A minimum of 3 years' experience working for a residential builder previously as an estimator A relevant tertiary Estimating or Construction Qualifications A high level of attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines & go over and above when required Self-driven attitude to maximise your potential High level of effective communication across other divisions, particularly pre-construction & sales Must be a team player Experience with Databuild & PlanSwift is advantageous If this role sounds of interest to you, drop me a line on or call Josh Wright on 0475 602 003.
