About The Role The Production Assistant will support the Senior Production Coordinator in tracking global production for eCommerce and retail apparel. Responsibilities include confirming orders and ex-factory dates through supplier communication. The role involves tracking Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery by liaising with suppliers. The candidate will maintain and update production trackers and associated software for accurate reporting. Coordination with various internal teams is crucial to resolve production issues and compile weekly freight reports.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for fashion and pop culture, demonstrating an understanding of current trends. Excellent communication skills are essential for managing supplier relationships and collaborating with internal teams. The candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel is required, especially for handling large datasets efficiently. A proactive and adaptable mindset is necessary, as the role may require changing plans quickly to meet production demands.
