Our client is seeking an experienced Project Analyst & Administrator to join their team for a 2 month leave coverage assignment.Start date: Approx end of AugustDuration: 2 months depending on client requirementsPay Rate: Dependant on experienceSome Of The Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include:Process order manipulation in SAPAdherence to schedule reporting (SAP)Operational Efficiency reporting (OEE)Inventory Control (Material movements & cycle counting)Raising & receipting Purchase ordersProcessing outbound orders & shipmentsPlacing consumables ordersData entryAccruals & End of month reportingSkills & Experience You Will Have:Intermediate SAP ECC ProficiencyIntermediate Excel ProficiencyBasic Operational Finance SkillsExperience reporting production data (OEE, adherence to schedule etc.)Consumables purchasing experienceExperience dealing with contractors & vendorsSite administration skills
