We pride ourselves in looking after our employees and our clients.We are currently seeking aDartbrook Mine Production Analysts / Administration – Scone / Muswellbrook areaDuties include but not limited to:Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dartbrook Production site administration, including maintaining records and files, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.Accurate Data Entry and Capture.Management of databases, Production Records, and Leave charting.Administration tasks as required by site.Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role within NSW Coal Mining.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with an ability to identify potential risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.Ability to perform and complete a pre-employment medical.Current & valid drivers licence.If you are a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for office administration, please apply for this exciting opportunity.Please forward your current resume and cover letter – summarising your suitability and previous relevant experience to the role to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
