About the Role: Join a growing Gold Coast based fintech providing B2B2C payments solutions to their industry.
You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs for internal employees to improve product knowledge and uplift customer service quality.
You will work across departments such as sales, product, and marketing to become a product specialist and SME, build training processes and guides, and develop an incredible onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.Create tailored training programs for different audiences, including new hires, existing employees, and external clients.Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate participants on product features, benefits, and usage.Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and stakeholders.Keep up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends.Collaborate with product development teams to ensure training materials are current and relevant.Gather and relay feedback from training sessions to product development teams to enhance product features and design.Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge to perform their roles effectively.About You: Proven experience as a Product Trainer, Training Specialist, or similar role such as Customer Success.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Ability to design and develop engaging training programs.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.For more information on this opportunity please contact Olivia McCallum | ****** OR Jordan Fox | ****** at BLACKROC for a confidential chat.
