The Product Support Specialist is responsible for supporting all Customer Projects & Reliability Solutions areas for the company's family of hydraulic rock drills and related products.Your aim is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximise customer retention.Key Accountabilities or Activities:Complete drill rig and lubrication audits & reportsInstallations, commissioning and support of products and servicesProject execution, data recording according to project plansProvide product training both internally and externallyTroubleshooting to resolve issues and determine proper solutionsDocument processes for procedural development.Provide timely and detailed reports from site visitsTeam up with colleagues & pass on important information and follow up on completion as required.TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:Trade Qualification - Diesel Heavy Earthmoving Mechanic/Plant Mechanic - Heavy Duty/MechanicalDrivers LicenceUnderground mining industry knowledge, specifically with the processes associated with hydraulic rock drilling, is desirableStrong written and verbal skillsExcellent internal and external report writing skills, with high level of attention to detailComputer skillsExcellent communications skills (verbal and written)Great Opportunity for driven individuals who are looking for a long term and rewarding role with a strong stable company.
