About the Role To support our growing structure and strategic growth, we are currently seeking a Product Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team! This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in product coordination, attention to detail, and demonstrate your passion for great product.
Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will touch all aspects of production, including involvement in the development of product, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, and administration of purchase orders.
Responsibilities Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase ordersProviding a key link between the production department and supply chainLiaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factoriesManaging the critical path and associated administrationLiaising with Product Manager to prepare sample and production specification sheetsWorking with Product Manager to give feedback on all development including fabric quality, lab dips, and trimsUpdating and maintaining range storyboardsMonitoring and tracking key delivery schedulesManaging the flow of samplesSkills & Experience Experience as a Buyers Assistant, Supply Coordinator, or in an administration role within a buying/product teamSkilled at ExcelExperience working with 3 Clicks and AS400 is advantageousGreat attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and the ability to problem solveAbility to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholdersThrive in a fast-paced environmentIf this sounds like you – apply now!
