We are seeking a passionate forward-thinking Product Success Director to join our highly successful Property & Rating (P&R) team to enhance the already powerful capabilities for revenue, billing, and regulatory management that our customers and communities love.
The primary role is to research the market, competitive landscape, and to drive product initiatives from concept to launch and beyond. You'll be the leader of a dedicated group of Product Owners, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap. Your focus will be on aligning the product with long-term strategic objectives while continuing to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and the community.
What you'll be doing… Advocate for reliability culture and SRE voice. Collaborate with stakeholders for quality standards. Define operational service roadmaps aligned with architecture. Drive adoption of modern tech for system resilience. Provide technical leadership to SRE Engineers. Prioritize Customer-First approach for company goals. Foster engaged, collaborative team culture. Guide resource allocation for a healthy work environment. Cultivate 'Can Do Culture' for innovative problem-solving Empower team for development and career progression. Manage systems for efficiency and compliance. Proven experience leading technical teams in high-stakes environments. Strong understanding of Site Reliability principles and best practices. Demonstrated expertise in project governance and implementing SRE methodologies at scale. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Extensive experience delivering enterprise-level SaaS systems globally. A drive for continuous improvement in platform reliability and quality. Experience managing Kubernetes or other containerized platforms at scale. Proficiency in Platform Automation scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell). Ability to retrieve, analyse, and visualize observability metrics and logs.
