As a Product Specialist, you'll use your skills to lead proactive sales activities, build strong relationships with customers, and analyse marketing trends to drive portfolio growth. You'll work closely with your team to deliver a customer-first experience and make recommendations for changes in marketing strategies as appropriate. Responsibilities: Achieve budgeted sales and activity targets for the Consulting & Advisory portfolio. Support Product Lead in new sales and revenue generation. Report on monthly budget vs actuals for activities and revenue. Contribute to new product innovation. Lead outbound proactive sales activity to drive acquisition and retention of clients. Develop and maintain relationships with all customers, delivering a customer-first experience. Create and develop sales plans to enhance portfolio growth. Analyse, evaluate and assess sales territories for own products or services. Analyse marketing trends and make recommendations for the Consulting & Advisory products and services. Liaise with Business Unit colleagues and other sales team members to deliver world-class customer experience. Skills & Experience: Proven track record of growing and maintaining a customer base and achieving sales targets. Thorough understanding of product portfolio. Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) About UBT Consulting & Advisory: We work with customers to identify the competency gaps in their businesses and provide a portfolio of training, leadership and development programs and business advisory services to meet those needs.
