Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI'sConsistently develop and grow the territory through engagement with existing and new customersUnderstand customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form long standing mutually beneficial partnershipsAttend to customer enquiries and needsDevelop sales strategies and tactics in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Senior Product Specialist, ensuring alignment to the approved marketing plan, as well as implementation of these strategies and tacticsSubmit monthly sales reports inclusive of sales forecasting and market intelligence including competitor information by the due dateMaintain accurate customer account records and customer database including customer targetingProvide product information, demonstrations and training to customersComply with all stock keeping requirements per policyComplete all administrative tasks by the due dateAttend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directedAdditional duties and sales-related activities as required from time to timeExperience required: At least 2 years' experience selling in a medical or hospital environment ORMinimum 5 years relevant clinical experienceProven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time managementRelevant tertiary qualifications in the sciences - degree or similarHigh standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointInterested?
