About The Opportunity Our Micromine Australia team, based in Perth (HQ), are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join them.
Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Origin and Beyond customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development.
Support customers to solve complex geological & mining problems.
Provide clients with training and post go-live implementation support.
Providing technical support for Micromine's global network of personnel and partners.
Work closely with the development team, providing feedback on new features, and assessing impacts on support procedures and documentation.
Provide reporting, insights, continual improvement recommendations as required.
About You Ideally you will have a Geo background with hands-on experience using Geological software tools.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: Experience as a Geologist.
Hands-on experience with Geological software tools.
Ideally with Micromine Origin and Beyond.
Previous experience with technical support and training would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills.
