As a Product Specialist, you will join our newly established Mooloolaba office. The role has a key focus on working with suppliers, entering their product and information into our reservation system, and ensuring our offerings are relevant to our customers. You will have a passion for Australian travel and a high level of attention to detail.
Inside Australia Travel is part of the New Zealand Fine Touring Group, which has its head office in Wanaka, New Zealand.
What does the role look like?Ensuring product rates are up-to-date and adjusted for seasons.Designing and constructing new products.Assisting with product queries and questions from our sales team.Ensuring our booking system is accurate and up-to-date.Building strong relationships with travel suppliers and identifying new opportunities.Updating client and supplier H&S information.Minimum Requirements:A passion for and experience in the Australian travel industry.Strong relationship builder.Pro-active can-do attitude.Basic computer skills, including image editing and data sorting.Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills.Ability to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines.What we offer:Great training, support, and career growth.Dynamic, social, and people-first culture.The opportunity to join a small team and help build it from the ground up.Two weeks of training in the stunning Wanaka, New Zealand.By joining Inside Australia Travel, you will be joining a great bunch of people who have come together for a shared purpose - to deliver the very best Australian travel experiences!
