You work with your team to solve the problems our customers didn't even know they had.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales CRM systems.
You will have experience working with software development teams and collaborating with both internal and external sales teams to gather requirements.
You will also possess superior communication and people skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels within the organization from ideation through to deployment.
The ResponsibilitiesEvaluate user needs and pain points and identify improvement opportunitiesInvestigate and propose solutions to complex issuesWriting up technical requirements for the development team for new features and functionalitiesAssess existing functionality, evaluate inefficiencies and recommend areas for improvementWork collaboratively with customers, UX designers and development throughout the lifecycle for new featuresProduct development review (UAT/ QA) for software fixes and new featuresDevelop customer facing product supporting content and release notesDeliver high quality customer service in the form of 2nd line supportTo be successful in this position you will have;Excellent understanding of enterprise sales lifecycle and challengesStrong understanding and experience in new product and feature development processes, and conceptualizing solutions from ideation through to deploymentExcellent communication skills to be able to liaise with internal and external teams to gather and breakdown requirementsExperience in writing detailed design documents as well as test scripts for the development team to deploy new features/enhancementsExperience in writing user facing content and release notesAbout WiseTech GlobalAt WiseTech Global we build leading technology solutions that help the logistics industry move goods globally.
