As the Product Services Support person, you will be responsible for delivering on aspirational Sales Targets through the coaching, development and leveraging of your expertise in Services Sales Skills with our Store Teams. You will be encouraged to try new things, think big and continue to challenge what success looks.This role is a multi-site role reporting to the State Sales Manager – Services.Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to the following:Ensure sales targets are met by identifying Area and Store opportunities and developing strategies and targets to drive sales growth.Work closely with the State Sales Manager - Services to create and implement strategies for stores with tangible outcomes and achievable time frames.Work directly with store leadership team to facilitate face to face learning and coaching solutions that support sales of services products.Conduct skills assessments, gap analysis and action planning utilising standard tools and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct routine Financial Services compliance audits.Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Work directly with store leadership team to ensure key compliance metrics are met. Including but not limited to conducting routine compliance audits.About You:Someone who is exciting to know, has a diverse array of professional and personal interests and someone who loves to challenge themselves.
