The opportunity The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Product Security Engineering (PSE) team in Boeing Defence Australia is seeking an experienced Product Security Analyst to provide technical support towards product cyber security certification of the 777 aircraft including current production 777, 777-9 ATC and various 777-9 customer introduction aircraft. The candidate will join a team supporting product cybersecurity certification efforts across multiple systems and subsystems for all these aircraft.
Responsibilities Collaborate and coordinate with the BCA Product Security Team to successfully execute on all certification related activities.Provide technical expertise in analysing operation technology (OT) (avionics) and ICT systems against required standards.Develop and support the development of complex technical risk assessments for avionics, OT (avionics) and ICT systems.Analyse and provide technical guidance regarding data flow, system interfaces and impacts of vulnerabilities on safety and security critical systems.Work together with BCA PSE team and supplier to develop and or review security assurance deliverables.Provide technical input into certification and test processes and documentation pertaining to OT (avionics) and ICT systems.Experience/Qualifications Bachelor degree in a Technical field or equivalent (computer science, IT or any related field)5+ years of experience in a role developing, leading, and executing projects and utilizing project processes / skills.Demonstrate an ability to analyse and understand the impacts of vulnerabilities on safety and security critical systemsExperience with ICT and Operational Technologies such as aircraft avionics/electrical/software design, certification, integration, or related field.Demonstrate the ability to apply multiple standards to technical and complex OT and ICT systemsAn understanding of the development and implementation of cyber security practices in any engineering environment.A background in Aviation and/or penetration testing and threat analysis would be highly regardedEligibility Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
