Based in Docklands, our Estimating team is integral to the launch of new housing products, facades, and building upgrades across Victoria.
By ensuring accurate pricing, quality audits, and smooth product releases, the team enables our Sales Consultants to provide upfront pricing and service excellence to customers at every stage.
What's on offer?As a Product Release Estimator, you'll have a pivotal impact on the successful launch of our new housing products and facades.
Working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Drafting, Customer Experience, Design, and Construction, you'll ensure that each new product is accurately priced, high-quality, and ready for market.
Key aspects of this role include:Influence and Ownership: You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating the Master Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for our product lines, ensuring they reflect quality, buildability, and accurate costing.Product and Price Management: Collaborate with the Estimating Cost Manager to set retail pricing for new housing products, facades, and upgrades, ensuring our offerings are competitive while meeting profit benchmarks.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of coordination between departments, liaising with the Product Release Coordinator to ensure all new products are released within set timeframes.Market Impact: By providing accurate BOQs and quality audits, you directly contribute to our product success, enabling Sales Consultants to confidently present options to customers, and ensuring product quality from draft to final display.What can you bring?You bring precision, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to the role, as well as:
