A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.About the role:We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our Offer & Order (OOSD) platform.
This role will bring our vision to life by creating a dynamic, personalized offer and order system that enhances customer experience and drives revenue.As Product Owner - Offer, you'll guide the OOSD platform from concept to launch, working closely with teams in IT, Commercial, and Operations, and in partnership with Sabre.
You'll also manage vendor relationships to ensure a smooth, efficient process aligned with our business goals.You'll be great for this role if you have:Bachelor's degree in a related field.5+ years in product management or project consulting, ideally in the airline or travel sector.Proven track record managing large IT programs and multiple projects.Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.Skilled in problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making.Experience leading agile teams in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of tech stacks (APIs, data flows, system architecture).Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and project tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.Business acumen to align product features with company goals.Desirable but not required:Experience managing commercial or IT projects for major airline tech vendors (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus).Experience with Fare and Inventory distribution systems e.g; ATPCo, Merchandising Manager, IX, RO, DA, Air & AncilIQ, SSI and Infare.Proven experience in product partnerships.Proficiency with JIRA, QMetry, Confluence, and Postman.Familiarity with SOAP or REST APIs.Knowledge of airline standards (e.g., IATA NDC, ONE Order) is a plus.Experience in airline retailing is desirable.What you'll get from us:We're committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to):Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (plus $1000 travel credits per year)Flexible and hybrid working, with a mix of working from home and the office'Dress for Your Day' – wear whatever makes you feel great for the type of work you do and the day you have ahead of youOne of Brisbane's most admired office locations, with South Bank train station, a supermarket, pharmacy, lunch options, the Busway nearby, a rooftop restaurant, onsite gym and South Bank across the roadDiscounts on travel insurance, lounge membership, car hire, accommodation, and experiences worldwideCheaper hospitality, retail, technology, beauty and wellness servicesFree counselling and online tools to support your physical, mental, social and financial health.When everyone is included, everyone wins:We're all individuals.
