The role of the Product Owner is to manage product delivery within the assigned portfolio for Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) Global Corporate CRM team.

You will ensure the smooth delivery and deployment of product features and enhancements that are high quality and meet the customer needs.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the Product Manager on helping deliver the roadmap and implement strategies to design, build and manage initiatives that align to the product and company's vision and strategy.

You are someone who lives and breathes the Salesforce product and is responsible for working closely with the engineering team to maximise the value and delivery of multiple initiatives.

What you will be doing: Be an expert in your domain, live and breathe the product, advocating the customers voice and needs Actively participate in the product discovery and design activities which help shape delivery Create and maintain a delivery roadmap that aligns with and supports the strategic roadmap Contributes to the wider strategic vision and roadmap Manages the product backlog, including prioritisation, and defect management Gather and document business and technical requirements Constructs and prioritises delivery processes to ensure that the development team is clear on what to work on next Work collaboratively with the product manager and product team to identify a minimum viable product or solutions that meet customer needs Key role in agile software development, including estimations, scrum team leadership and planning, user story, acceptance criteria and release activities Communicates the customer or business needs to the engineering team Support the implementation and deployment of initiatives with cross-functional teams Ensure a quality product by working closely with team members throughout delivery What you will need: What you will enjoy: Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
