Why you will love this opportunity as Product Owner at Civica The Product Owner (Spydus) bears a significant responsibility for the tactical execution of the Spydus product strategy, working in close partnership with the Product Manager to ensure coherence with the long-term vision and market demands. This position is integral to sustaining the continuity of our product-oriented operating model.
The Product Owner for Spydus plays a vital role in bringing our product strategy to life, seamlessly aligning our strategic goals with daily development activities. This position is dedicated to driving innovation in cutting-edge cloud-based, mobile, and AI-enhanced library management solutions.
Moreover, this position will promote effective collaboration among product, development, and customer-focused teams, thereby strengthening our ongoing initiatives for global expansion. This teamwork is crucial in maintaining our advancement towards becoming the leading provider of library platforms in our target markets while upholding our commitment to delivering superior, customer-focused solutions.
You'll get the chance to dive into exciting activities like managing the Product Backlog, overseeing Agile Process Management, enjoying Continuous Discovery, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and helping to define and prioritize features.
Requirements What you will have to be successful in this role This position necessitates a Product Owner who possesses robust analytical and collaborative skills to assist our team in developing high-quality products that fulfill the needs of both current and future customers, as well as effective problem-solving abilities.A comprehensive understanding of library operations and the functionalities of Spydus is essential.Experience with agile methodologies and product management principles is required.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.The ability to prioritize effectively in order to maximize customer value delivery is crucial.A strong technical background in cloud-based software solutions is expected.Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications relevant to library management is advantageous.Prior experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role is preferred.Familiarity with library standards and best practices is essential.We really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
