Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology) Full time As a Product Owner, you'll be a key member of a delivery team focused on creating exceptional experiences for our Partnerships and Alliances partners and customers.
You'll engage with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure the solutions we deliver meet or exceed expectations within a complex financial system.
In this role, you'll prioritise and communicate project goals to the development team, working closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into user stories and tasks for the development team.
Your focus will be on delivering high-quality products on time while ensuring consistency in customer experience across our brands and products.
Responsibilities: Achieve specific business performance outcomes through design and delivery of customer and business focused initiatives.
Prioritisation and execution for key parts of a strategic delivery stream.
Engage and perform key Agile duties with your delivery team.
Actively participate, contribute, and execute against a Community of Practice to ensure alignment across the Product Owner role in the delivery process.
Ensure consistency of customer experience for our Partnerships brands and Alliance products.
Engage with senior business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet a complex set of business requirements.
What experience you'll bring: Internal Applicants: Strong understanding of business systems, products, and operational areas.
Ability to assess the impact of work on other departments, systems, and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a lateral thinking approach.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
External Applicants: 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
Proficiency with large and complex technology stacks.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience.
Skilled in organising and facilitating workshops to drive alignment and outcomes.
Desired Skills & Experience: Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience in financial and regulated industries.
Proficiency with Jira & Confluence.
Background in Product or Business Analysis.
Experience in e Commerce environments.
