As the Product Manager, you will have a strong focus on discovery in order to drive product initiatives and innovation.
The Role:The Product Manager will work with customers and internal stakeholders to provide and translate the vision, strategy, and execution.
You will drive product initiatives through the whole product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery, and ensure the product roadmap aligns to the company vision and objectives.
Responsibilities: Work with the Lead Product Manager to define the product strategy and own and drive the product roadmap for your particular product.Engage with customers to ensure a high level of CX and deep understanding of customers' interaction, product utilisation, and areas for improvement.Collect and analyse feedback and data from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements, features, and the product strategy.Immerse the team in the customer problem to be solved by proactively applying insights and analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio.Engage in complex problem solving and issues management and focus on developing innovative concepts, successfully champion these through the Head of Product and the wider executive team.Empower and lead your team Product Owners to work with Engineering and support delivery and refinement.Understand customer experience, identify and fill product gaps that improve customer experience and drive growth.Develop an understanding of the industry, the main players, the regulations, challenges, and future direction.About You: 3 years experience in product management with experience in launching SaaS products.The ability to identify new opportunities, scope requirements, and prioritise work effectively.A strong understanding of user experience principles and the importance of customer-centred design practices.A strong understanding of data analytics with proven examples of how you use data to make informed decisions.For more information on this exciting opportunity and others I have coming up in the Product space please contact Olivia at BLACKROC on / .
