job description Role | Product Owner Domain/Industry | Insurance Role type | Permanent Location | Melbourne (CBD & Remote) Summary: This role will be responsible for the product lifecyle activities relating to the client digital product roadmap.
This roamdpa focuses on the bespoke, technology platforms including all services/products offered to end customers.
Specifically, this roles specialised experience will focus on development, implementation, integration & maintenance activitiesof the offered digital products, ensuring the highest quality service experience to the end customer.
**This is a Melbourne based role and is only open to Melbourne based candidates** Team Structure: This role will report into a small, specialised team including Delivery Manager, Quality Analyst, Business Analyst & 2x Developers.
Additionally, this role will report to the Delivery Manager and into the Business Owner.
The client is a large insurance client with a headcount of 300+.
Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of roadmap achievables including ongoing development, maintence and customer implementation/integration Coordinate with stakeholders including technology teams, insurance broker teams & end customer to ensure high-quality product delivery Manage customer experience Manage delivery of digital prodycts inline with Digital product raodmap.
Key Stakeholders: This role will include both internal & external stakeholders both business & technical in nature.
