About the Role
As a Product Owner in our Lending Securities as a Service team, you'll play a key role in helping to  deliver services and an enterprise-wide platform to manage Collateral Securities across the ANZ enterprise. Our team is seeking an experienced Product Owner who will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful completion of key strategic initiatives.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like? Whilst this role is not a people manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams, co-ordinating resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within specified timelines. This position requires exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills to effectively coordinate efforts and achieve key objectives. This will include:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose towards achieving initiative goals. Oversee all aspects of initiative execution, including task delegation, progress tracking, risk management, and issue resolution, to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality. Ensure alignment of initiative outcomes to LSaaS, Business Services and ANZ strategic goals Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, clients, and partners, to keep them informed of initiative progress, solicit feedback, and address concerns. Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and best practice implementation to enhance initiative delivery capabilities and drive continuous improvement across the organization. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experienced Program/Project manager: You are a seasoned Program or Project Manager with extensive delivery experience in successfully implementing complex enterprise wide projects/programs Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial/bank lending products and processes, specifically related to collateral securities and credit risk management (retail and wholesale) Exceptional people skills with proven experience in mobilising resources across multifunctional teams across technology and business, as well as demonstrated skills in managing and influencing of stakeholders at senior and executive levels Expertise in leading end to end delivery and performing analysis and definition of business requirements, conducted impact assessments, communicating change impacts to stakeholders and supported in the end-to-end journey of implementing the change. Demonstrate commercial acumen, analytical skills and data-driven decision making. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
