Product Owner $143,798 per annum + superannuationFull time, 12 months fixed termGeelong location (hybrid working model - 3 days office attendance)About the role The Product Owner position in the EPMO acts as a conduit between the EPMO team, business and technology partners to ensure the technology provided by the EPMO is fit-for-purpose and delivers value across the enterprise.
The position will recognise system requirements of stakeholders and work collaboratively using their specialist knowledge and expertise to inform decision making and ensure the value of technology is maximised.
Key accountabilities: Lead and manage the business objectives associated with the management of the EPMO software suite, including Planview Portfolios, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Suite and other productivity platforms.Collaborate with stakeholders involved within the program and project delivery community, enabling functions such as Finance, Business Performance and Procurement and key streams.Engage with key business stakeholders and produce relevant documentation ensuring the project and delivery teams have required information/insights to complete sprints and ensuring that solutions developed and delivered meet clients and business needs.Oversee the outstanding business requirements yet to be delivered at any point in time, and then review and communicate their priority/risk status on a regular basis through appropriate governance channels.Act as the first point of contact for any requests or escalations with respect to the EPMO technology and be the key lead in championing the benefits of the technology within the business.About you You are a professional in leading change management activities with a strong understanding and experience working with Atlassian and Planview toolset. You are a team-oriented person who has an understanding of government context and operational challenges. Further, you will also possess:
