This role reports to the Crew Lead, Everyday Products.As the Product Owner and value stream lead, you will manage the financial and non-financial performance of the portfolio and deliver exceptional customer outcomes that support our goal of achieving an NPS of +30.Specifically, you will,Lead a high performing team and value stream of product, analytics and technology specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-quality output to drive meaningful changeCollaborate with colleagues to define, communicate and mobilise the product vision, strategy and customer value proposition for retail transaction accountsDrive excellence in supplier management, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless operational efficiencyManage performance against OKRs to drive product outcomes and customer satisfactionEstablish mechanisms to identify opportunities to enhance streamline and uplift customer experiences to improve the product NPSAttract and develop talent through mentoring squad members and other product owners in your value streamManage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritisation is understood and agreed uponLead and ensure a positive risk culture exists across the team, ensuring key internal CBA policies are adhered to, including the Operational and Supplier Risk Management FrameworkProactively identifying, managing, and closing issues, incidents, and risk mitigation initiativesDeveloping and challenging the end-to-end risk and control environment to ensure alignment with risk appetite, andEnsure projects are delivered with a focus on executional excellence and the Group Delivery Framework with a proactive approach to managing change-associated risksWe want to hear from you if you have:Proven Product Owner (at Executive Level) or Executive Manager equivalent experience, leading teams to high performancePrior experience in product management is beneficialDemonstrated success in delivering business growth and strategically problem-solvingStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to manage work streams and project activities independentlyStrong commercial acumen with experience in financial services and a proven ability to translate technology solutions into customer benefitsExceptional prioritisation skillsStrong risk management skills, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risksExcellent skills in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship-buildingExpertise in managing supplier relationships and to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency outcomesProficient in delivering clear and concise written and verbal updates to senior executives and ability to work through business problems with senior stakeholdersExperience working in an agile environment (advantageous)Your DevelopmentOur team is committed to supporting your development.
