The digital platforms we leverage include NetBank, CommBiz and the CommBank app.
Do work that matters This Senior Digital Product Owner opportunity will see you create market leading digital experiences for our business customers. Reporting to the Crew Lead, you will lead and drive the delivery of new initiatives and broader CommBiz roadmap. You will develop new and enhance existing customer experiences, drive continuous improvement and risk initiatives across our Digital platforms. This Squad is responsible for the design, development and implementation of strategic change to the CommBiz platform, supporting our business customers and achieving business goals.
On any given week you will Partner with business stakeholders (Product, branch network, risk, marketing, analytics and UX) to define the product roadmap to deliver digital experiences that meet business priorities Act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team.Simplify complex business problems into meaningful initiatives and work streamsAccountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalationsLead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmapManage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to.Manage the Squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc. We are interested to hear from people who have Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Digital Product OwnerProven technical delivery experienceEntitlements experienceInfluential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance.Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product developmentHighly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumenA risk management mindset If you're a driven, collaborative and enthusiastic who wants to have a real impact on the digital experience of our customers – we would love to hear from you!
