If you're looking to elevate your career, we're seeking an individual with experience and an appetite for more to step into the role of Product Owner for our Data platform.Key Responsibilities:Strategically manage and plan the development and execution of the product roadmap for Intertek Inform Delivery Platform.Contribute significantly to the development and delivery of APIs.Thrive in a hybrid work environment that allows flexibility to support your work-life balance.Duties:Efficiently manage the day-to-day demands of the Data team, including defining the priority of team backlog and roadmap to achieve agreed business priorities, product initiatives, and customer focus.Act as the gatekeeper of the Command Centre roadmap, overseeing both BAU maintenance and upkeep, prioritizing work that impacts the team, and managing prioritization and sequencing.Oversee the product/service through its entire lifecycle, ensuring the realization of the plan across all digital products and features.Serve as the main point of contact for key internal stakeholders across the Business and Tech teams to ensure alignment.Analyze key insights and data to identify and prioritize opportunities, creating clear timelines and plans for each delivery, and communicating costs and business benefits.Collaborate with the Head of Technology to provide input for new product strategies based on insights.Actively communicate progress, key decisions, and associated risks to internal stakeholders.Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.Create user stories to aid in the development of enhancements.Test user stories in collaboration with testers for accuracy and compliance, ensuring undisputed acceptance and validation of stories.Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar relevant field.Work Experience Required:In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.Previous working experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst for a minimum of 3 years.Previous experience working with Data/API and the ability to read and interpret API documentation.Working knowledge of SQL and MS Excel.Strong ability to analyze and break down complex problems into manageable parts.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with Python data analysis tools would be advantageous.Location: This position is based in Sydney, working within a Hybrid team, with the flexibility required for collaborating with global teams.About Us:SAI Global Standards provides organisations with the Standards required to meet safety, quality and compliance requirements.
