Providing accurate enriched credit risk data to downstream users.Providing capital and reporting guidance.Overseeing the delivery of all capital and reporting changes.Ensuring that capital and regulatory reporting is correctly updated to reflect any new product offerings.Updating risk modelling outcomes and reflecting enhancements to internal reporting.The outputs of the Crew flow into the annual report, investor relations presentations and Pillar 3 documents as well as a large number of regulatory reports submitted to APRA.
Do work that matters. Define the Squad's vision, goals and roadmap, aligned with the Crew's objectives and purpose.Build and prioritise the Squad's backlog on a fortnightly, quarterly, and annual basis.Work with our business/technology partners and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of the capital backlog.Identify risks, dependencies and blockers for the squad.Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations.Coordinate dependencies across squads.Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and compliance across customer propositions.Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking.We're interested in hearing from people who possess: Demonstrated risk/finance/capital knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards.Ability to translate a product vision to a roadmap and backlog.Deep understanding of capital and broad understanding of business and technology.Experience in working in a matrix structure.Problem-solving, decision-making and prioritisation skills.Ability to influence to deliver outcomes across multiple different teams/squads.Previous experience in working in Agile, using Jira and/or Confluence.Experience/exposure using SQL, Ab Initio or equivalent data software is preferable.If this is your next challenge, APPLY NOW!
