Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the USANA Australia market as a Product Marketing Specialist. In this role, you are responsible for all aspects of USANA product portfolio from analysing to the development of initial promotional concepts, ensuring product communications are delivered accurately to USANA's internal and external audience.
What You Will Do as a USANA Product Marketing Specialist Essential Participate in development and execution of marketing strategy for the company's product portfolio and business programsUnderstand customer needs and market trends driving the industryDevelop brand plans to drive customer engagement and financial targetsAnalyse portfolio positioning and develop plans to gain customer acquisition and purchase of product portfolioGain understanding of customer segmentation and develop programs to enhance engagement and lifetime valueReview and recommend pricing strategy for products and programsDevelop marketing and promotional materials to support the launch of new and existing products and programsUnderstand industry regulations and limitations for the development of marketing materials and ensure necessary approvals prior to publicationGain approvals for all marketing content with Head office and seek local regulatory approvalsDevelop and execute go-to-market plans for new product and program launches with excellenceProvide reports on results of campaigns and make recommendations for improvementsCoordinate across organisational functions to ensure execution of successful campaignsCoordinate and support staff, business associates, vendors at promotional eventsCo-ordinate market research and insight development of customers and fieldProvide briefs for the development of advertising and communication campaignBe able to travel domestically on weekends and nights as required at company/associate eventsPerform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or neededBackground and Skills You Will Need Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldAt least 4 years' experience in a brand management or marketing role.Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesAdvanced project management skillsAn analytical mind and ability to think critically.Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliar with Microsoft suite, Google suite, Adobe Creative, Canva etc. and capable of creating visually compelling presentationsKnowledge of forecasting, pricing and financial analysis.Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practicesCreative mindsetMust be detail-oriented and results-oriented, experience working in complex environments and ability to work autonomouslyAbility to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct safety threat to others or selfWhat Will Make You Standout Experience with direct sellingPosition is located in Australia About USANA Since 1992, USANA has provided the world with the highest-quality products focused on nutritional supplements, skincare, and a healthy lifestyle.
