As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the commercial success of our clients Australia's global product suite. Your role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to enhance product features, functionality, and market presence. This position is perfect for a strategic, creative, and customer-oriented marketing professional with B2B experience in mining, technology, SaaS, or mineral industries.

Location: Perth or Brisbane
Reports To: Head of Global Marketing



Our client is growing, and so is their Marketing department. They're building a world-class Product Marketing team and have been actively recruiting for these roles over the last 12 months. They have three happy marketers in place and kicking goals across the world, but they're still looking for more to fill the team.

Key Responsibilities: Campaigns: Design and implement global marketing campaigns that highlight product benefits, driving customer engagement, expansion, and retention. Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment with regional activities.Content Management: Develop and manage a product-specific content strategy, including the creation of case studies, client references, and other marketing materials.Customer Insights: Lead customer journey analysis and segmentation to create targeted buyer personas. Own customer insights, refining targeting and segmentation strategies.Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, analyse market trends, and contribute to the development of positioning and differentiation strategies.Product Marketing Strategy: Create and manage a marketing plan for the product suite, including budgeting, messaging, and promotional activities. Collaborate with PR agencies for targeted communication strategies.Sales Enablement: Work closely with Product Strategy Managers to communicate product value propositions, develop sales tools, and create training materials.Marketing Operations: Propose and implement necessary tools and processes to support marketing efforts, manage vendors, and localise content across regions.Key Requirements: 5-10 years of B2B product marketing experience in relevant industries.Strong communication skills, with experience in translating complex information into clear messages.Expertise in CRM, collaboration, and marketing automation tools.Full Australian working rightsAccountable for driving revenue and achieving growth targets for the product suite.Demonstrated success in developing product positioning, crafting value propositions, planning go-to-market strategies, and creating sales and marketing content.Flexible work optionsJoin a growing global mining software company and industry leaderCompetitive salary packageExcellent team culture and work environment
