Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Industry leading Australian SaaS company is expanding their marketing team as they head into the next phase of their growth journey. Privately owned and completely bootstrapped, their products are already well established in market but still have a lot of room for growth!
This role will play a major part in creating and driving go-to-market strategy to build awareness, adoption and retention among target customers. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and campaigns, as well as shaping the target strategy for your product portfolio.
We're looking for someone with experience in a B2B SaaS product marketing position and an interest in owning a marketing strategy within a small team.
Key Responsibilities: Plan go-to-market: Collaborate with the Product Team to understand product strategies, conduct market research, and develop customer journey touch points. Sales Enablement: Create all necessary communications, playbooks, and assets for the Sales Team. Brief the team on campaign objectives to ensure alignment and readiness. Campaign Execution: Produce and implement awareness and demand-generation campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external teams to produce necessary communications assets and content. Product Adoption: Monitor product usage, analyse data, and provide feedback to the Development and Product teams. Propose enhancements and prioritise customer suggestions based on market insights.
