POSITION SUMMARY The Straumann Product Marketing Manager Digital Solutions (CCS) is responsible for the portfolio product marketing, life cycle management and go-to-market launch strategies of Straumann digital solutions across the different customer segments in support of Straumann's digital business unit growth objectives.
Straumann Digital Solutions (CCS) is a diverse and agile portfolio comprising of integrated digital dentistry workflows and platform services including, Smilecloud digital smile design software, Intraoral scanners, coDiagnostiX surgical treatment planning software, Straumann Smile in a Box patient-specific design services, CADCAM custom prosthetics, 3D printers and a dental laboratory consumable portfolio.
This position will drive collaboration cross-functionally with a team of experienced colleagues in product management, sales and marketing from several business units both locally and globally in a highly collaborative effort to grow the Straumann Digital Solutions portfolio in a fast moving and transformative business unit.
This position will play a pivotal role in driving the next generation of integrations for Straumann digital solutions, supporting the long-term strategic aspirations of the fast-growing CCS business unit in Australia and New Zealand.
The position reports to the Straumann ANZ Head of Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Become the portfolio lead and accountable for monitoring, analysing and evaluating the market landscape. Identify market opportunities for future product launches, monitor competitor activities, measure portfolio and market share performance.Drive close collaboration with colleagues in various global subsidiaries to develop country-specific commercialization strategies and share best practices.Develop strategic growth plans for the portfolio, prepare business cases and commercialisation plans for new product launches, lifecycle management, campaigns and promotions, set portfolio growth objectives and report on ROI.Implement and manage the execution of all go-to-market activities for different customer segments including General Dentists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Dental Laboratories.Collaborate with and inspire the national sales team to achieve the portfolio growth objectives. Develop campaign tools, communication resources, sales aids, co-call and conduct product training as the portfolio subject matter expert with technical support from the Digital Support Team.Identify, develop and manage the ongoing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for the portfolio and collaborate with the Medical Education Team to develop training, education and development programs.Monitor and manage the registration and regulatory compliance of the portfolio in Australia and New Zealand liaising with global regulatory colleagues and local experts.Collaborate with colleagues in logistics, operations, finance and customer service to manage general lifecycle management tasks for your portfolio including but not limited to, supply and demand forecasts, adequate stock levels, phase in and out process, product administration and eCommerce platforms.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND CULTURAL FIT Energetic, commercially savvy, team player and problem-solver with an entrepreneurial can-do spirit and strong resilience.Excellent business acumen and proven execution abilities.Builds trust and collaborates easily with a diverse set of stakeholders across business units and regions.Encourages a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.Highly organized and comfortable taking ownership of multiple workstreams at once.High integrity, ethics, and personal values; dedication to Straumann Group's culture.Strong player-learner and continuous improvement mindset.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or business, health/life sciences or engineering.Minimum 5 years total professional work experience and minimum 3 years' experience and proven success in a product management and/or marketing role.Experience in the dental, medical, medical devices industry is desired but not essential.Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.Comfortable with up to 10-20% travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
