Product & Market Development Manager

Given the position is currently about further future growth and innovation, there is a newly created position for a Product and Development Manager to play a key role.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a team of national product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve Diverseco's strategic goals. The Product and Market Development Manager is accountable for defining and executing product strategies, driving market growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Other Key Responsibilities include:Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and market trends.Analyse market research and customer needs to drive product differentiation and innovation.Ensure achievement of annual sales budgets for all product lines.Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to define product requirements and manage product development lifecycles.Provide sales enablement tools and training to ensure effective promotion and sales of all product lines.Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize market penetration and company profitability.Collaborate with the National Marketing Manager to develop compelling marketing collateral.Manage key accounts and facilitate strategic sales and market growth.Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve targets and contribute to business success.Qualifications:Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.7+ years of proven experience as a national product manager.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Solid understanding of product development processes and market dynamics.Knowledge of the on-board weighing market is a applications will be assessed in due course.
