Required Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant fields like core Engineering (Instrument & Control or Process Background would help in conducting responsibilities) Over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a proven track record in leading 1 multi-disciplinary digital technology initiative leading to provable delivery of business value. Experience of Problem Statement analysis, Initial Engineering of Solutions and preparation of concept and approach note , interfacing with various functions such as Process Controls, Technical Engineering, Reliability & Integrity, Production Operations, Operations & Maintenance, Well Engineers. Proven Program management skills, including managing scopes, business prioritization and resources effectively. Excellent leadership and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels (Executive Management to Team Leads of various functions or site e.g., O&M, Technical Engineering, Reliability & Integrity, Production Operations).
